At Lotus Ongles, we value your time and our technicians'. Our deposit policy helps ensure fair scheduling and commitment from both sides. Please read on to understand how our deposit system works.

Why a deposit is required
A $15 deposit is required to secure your appointment at Lotus Ongles. This policy is in place to minimize no-shows and last-minute cancellations, which can significantly impact our technicians' schedules and the availability of appointments for other clients. By requiring a deposit, we can ensure a commitment from our clients and maintain an efficient booking system for everyone.

How your deposit is applied
When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, the $15 deposit you paid will be directly applied to the total cost of your service. For example, if your service costs $50, you will only need to pay the remaining $35 at the end of your appointment. The deposit is not an additional fee; it is simply an advance payment that contributes to your final bill.

Cancellations and no-shows
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid any penalty. If you cancel within this 24-hour window, your $15 deposit will be refunded to you. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that our technicians' time is respected.
